No Turning Back Now...

I think this image adequately illustrates the scope of this project...

That was the back wall of my house...you might have missed that...since it is pretty much gone now.

Big day---12 guys working back there between the masons ripping out a wall and putting holes on another wall, as well as the concrete crew putting waterproofing material (wrong the first time, btw---its a good thing Jeremy is around) and getting the compacted fill in place for the elevated patio, along with the architect and head concrete guy making a rare appearance. Mount Mogerman is gone from the back, its all in the foundation as fill now. The stairs to the basement are roughed out and will be completed when they return to pour concrete again this weekend or Monday.

Ongoing arguments between the masons and architect on the steel. Hopefully, the house does not collapse before they figure it out... The steel is in place and the wall is gone, so I have no idea what can really happen now.

Anyway, I am covered in dirt and dust. Interesting way to spend my day off...
