I've been remiss in my blogging duties... Last week was spent largely putting all my zoo stuff to bed. Friday closed my 12 years at BZ, so there was a lot to get finished. Monday I start at NRDC.

But that doesn't mean nothing is happening at the house. Jose, the electrician, has been wiring Kitchenistan. Conduit and boxes buried in the walls all over the place. And, he got a sample of how exciting our neighborhood can be. When packing up his tools after working an extremely long day, he watched a car go airborne and land (impaling the undercarriage) on a neighbor's fence. Ahhh, home.
