Coming soon to a kitchen near you (or me, anyway)

The coming week has the potential to be busy in Kitchenistan...

Looks like we will choose a roofer and, if the weather cooperates, get that finished.

We hope to spray in the insulation. We were ready this week, but the insulation company (one of the larger ones in Chicago) only has one truck with the mechanism to spray the stuff in...and it is apparently in the shop. Not sure how that happens, but hopefully they have a good mechanic as I really want to get this done.

Should get started on the electrical work by switching the service to a 200 amp panel.

Hopefully we will finalize the lighting plan...

Maybe we will have the patio design finished (I am too flustered about the changes there to write about it at the moment).

We might even have that elusive glass wall and door spec-ed out and ordered!

I've been a bit lax about posting photos. Early darkness has gotten in the way of taking good photos. But I will post a short video walk through clip this week to show how nicely things are shaping up (and how big the space is---it has not looked large enough in the photos).
